This information is also available for downloading at To enable us to guarantee your stock, orders must be received by Friday 30 th November and be ordered in carton quantities ONLY. You can , fax, post or your order through to us. Details follow in this pack. Orders after this date will be accepted, subject to stock availability. Orders can be delivered from Monday 1st October and will be delivered to you directly, to arrive on the date you request on your order form. An invoice with payment terms and details will accompany your delivery so there’s no need to send payment with your order.
