About Using Job Boards Most jobs do not get posted to job boards –In general for an active job search, networking, personal brand management activities, and research should account for more of your time and energy than job boards. Follow up on your applications –Job board applications are no different than applying directly to a company, following up on your application is important. Follow any and all instructions provided in job listings!
