Rachelle

The year I was born and who I was named after. I was born My parents named me Rachelle because my dad liked car racing and there was a girl that was named Rachelle Splat. I am a big fan of her work.

When I started school I started school at St.Brigid’s Catholic Primary School in Gisborne in 2000 and finishing grade six in My parents sent me to St. Brigid’s school because it was nice and small and I wouldn’t get lost. The teacher’s I have had at school are: Prep - Mrs Wallace, Grade 1 - Mrs Mc Cann and Mrs Blake, Grade 2 - Miss Awty, Grade 3 - Mrs Balmer, Grade 4 - Mrs Baker, Grade 5 - Miss Brealy, Grade 6 - Mrs Brennan and Mrs Blake.

Uniform The school uniform I wear to school is a green and yellow T-shirts, green jumper and a green bomber jacket with yellow stripes around the selves. For summer I wear a green and white striped dress with a white collar. For sport I wear dark green tracksuit pants, green shorts and a green netball skirt. For winter I wear dark green pants and a kilt.

Tuckshop & Homework At the tuckshop they have both hot and healthy food. I have had homework from Grade 2 through to Grade six. Two of my best projects were the Panda Bears in Grade 5 and St.Cecilla poster in Grade 6.

Represent the school in sport and my favorite subject Over the years I have represented my school in swimming, discus, parlouf, netball and rounders. My favorite subject at school is Drama, Sport, I.C.T, Maths and sometimes Art because I learn new things that I never learnt before. Some of the activities I have enjoyed were making plays up such as Hey There Little Red Riding Hood and dancing to Dancing Queen.

My Friends are…. My friends at school are Alix, Tayla, Assunta, Felicity, Rosie, Madeline, Emma, Emma, Gemma, Jane, Sienna, Alicia, Sonja, Stephanie and Kirsty.

What I Will Miss at St. Brigid’s I will miss St. Brigid’s Primary School because I will not see all my old friends as much, and I’m going to miss my buddy Imogen. I am looking forward to graduation later this year and I can not wait to go to Gisborne Secondary College because alot of people in my street go there.
