The importance of deep audits before every development must be a survey of the current situation  conscious planning and development processes overview – economic activity, structure, operation of the spa very detailed document  good basic for future development suggestions reveals the weaknesses and strenghts  define the strategic goals  first step towards positive change

external expert – other points of view  proposal to work more efficiently more available data – future changes and impacts the future control and monitoring can be based on the deep audits

Positioning of the spas competitor analysis  aim: – the spas find their own unique image – emphasizing the benefits against other spas – cooperation with similar spas – working and promoting together us partners (not enemies) Positions: – Ada – recreation centre – Mórahalom – spa complex – Becej – health center

Land use and services the available free space an important development factor – besides financing problems, the lack of free spaces could be an obstacle of development based on the rate of the built-up areas – 5 categories (1:expandable with difficulties; 5: easily expandable) Ada (5) Mórahalom (3) Óbecse (3)

Energy review aim: reduce expenditures (without measurement and data it is impossible) possibilities: – multistage utilization of thermal water – heating system based on thermal water – automatic control system (eg. slides) – the use of effluent pool water for irrigation

Marketing in order to attract more visitors the proper marketing strategy is very important  Who is the target group? Where they are come from? How could be the market expanded? Result: – lack of marketing (Becej) – need to be promoted the whole destination (Ada)
