Medford SEPAC Medford Special Education Parent Advisory Council ▫ In order to conduct fundraising, members of Medford SEPAC can create a “Friends of Medford SEPAC” which would be a private, non-profit corporation through the State of Massachusetts. All fundraising must be conducted in the name of “Friends of Medford SEPAC”. ▫ The organization, Medford SEPAC, cannot obtain membership through independent advocacy organizations that may create a conflict of interest (e.g. SPEDWatch).
