Disclaimer I’m only discussing support for students here since the priority of the moment is – How many students can we afford to select out of the 321 applications? Support for lecturers are important but will be discussed elsewhere 3

Conclusions 11 With the budget that we have now, we can cover: – 11 Senegalese students from Senegal – 59 international students – That would be a total of 70 students. But we are limited to 66 max! – With the stipulation that we can, if necessary, cover travel and accommodation for up to 3 lecturers for 6 nights Lecturers lunch with the students (Monday-Friday) and coffee breaks also covered. If we manage to collect part of all of the pending requests on page 6 – We will have more surplus In the meantime, we should start buying tickets for ONLY 55 international students Proposal for the selection committee – See next page
