RHR = Resting Heart Rate ~Measured when at COMPLETE rest (before getting out of bed) ~ Distance runners = as low as BPM MHR = Maximum Heart Rate Age = MHR = 206 BPM THR = Target Heart Rate MHR X 70-85% (multiply MHR by ) 206 X.7 = 144 or 206 X.85 = 175 THR = BPM
