Content Nothing will make you more unwelcome to your prospects than sending them they don’t care about. Make sure you: Send what you said you were going to send Provide relevant follow up Deliver value
Frequency There is no black and white answer to this question. There are a number of variables that affect this question. The type of business you operate. The lifecycle of your prospects and customers. But mostly, the expectations you set from the outset.
