The Interview Most exchange programs or university scholarships have some kind of interview that they conduct on finalists for their award. This too is an important piece of your application as it gives the selection committee an opportunity to meet you in person.

Interview Strategies Be Confident! Sit/Stand Up Straight. Keep Eye Contact When Speaking AND Listening. Be Emotional (this doesn't mean sad). Be Concise.
