Food-Fair in Palermo, Italy * 8th - 13th September (4 days of activities) * 1 coordinator + 5 participants Features (I): -Skype meeting to set up all final preparation details -Know the city through the project themes -Italian <> English translation -Invite local key actors & organisations, enterprises, media, etc. -Give local protagonists the chance to promote/showcase their work

Food-Fair in Palermo, Italy Features (II): -Present healthy eating, sustainable development consumption initiatives from our countries -Presentation of the video documentaries + discussion -Presentation of results of 6 local workshops -Cooking workshops: “Tasting the traditions from Europe and Asia” - Healthy, traditional and sustainable lunchs and dinners

Dissemination strategy Objectives: - Promote project outcomes: video documentary + website - Present the results of the TC in Beijing, the local workshops and the food-fair in Palermo - Give visibility and evaluate the project

Dissemination strategy Actions (I): - Creation of 1,000 DVDs of the video documentary - Printing 1,000 brochures - Publishing 3 Newsletters - Organize local dissemination events similar to the Food-fair in Palermo and send invitations
