 These last 3 days I had to spend all my time with a flour baby were annoying, this is a lesson to teach us the maturity and responsibility that a person needs to have a baby. I thought having a baby didn’t require too much things; but this project changed my mind completely, and I’m glad it happened. Having a baby implies giving him time, patience, food, clothing, and much more things a teenager or high school student cannot handle easily. I admit that having a baby in high school is uncomfortable and kind of embarrassing because it is definitely not usual to have babies at these ages. Right after going to school a real baby demands food, nap time, bathing, and even playing time; these things don’t go in the schedule of a high school students, this all ruins their learning environment because the caring of the baby. All of the goods needed by a baby cost money, money that a high school student doesn’t have and will sometimes even need to work for it, other times their parents take care of the situation. Everyone or the majority thought this was a joke of a project or was silly, but it has a very important lesson for every single one of us; having a child is the most important step a human being makes in their life. Babysitting may sound kind of a relief to students who have babies and IT IS; when I gave my baby to a babysitter I felt free again and I felt I could do anything without being stopped by a little human being. In general it was difficult to carry on a flour baby throughout these 3 days, people starred awkwardly at me because it seemed funny for them that I carried on this wonderful and fun project. Mario Eduardo Kluck, my flour baby is 4 months old, he is a blonde boy, and enjoys sharing time with me, his only parent. I felt more responsibility and more mature than before, I feel a little more capable of taking care of a baby now; it will not be a huge impact now that I am completely aware of all the things that it takes to have one.
