Protect their investment.  All designated staff have the ability to enter new work orders  Work orders entered directly by residents through their websites pass to a dispatcher first.  The manager’s Pending Tasks page lists work orders in need of attention. These work orders can be filtered by property, manager, employee, work order status, etc.  The dispatcher – in this configuration, the property manager - can dispatch the request with a single click. All related data is automatically transmitted with work orders.  The information and tools available to a particular employee are based on your business rules.  Work orders are entered based on property, unit, and resident data.  Once a work order is entered, designated staff can add additional notes, actions, materials and labor details. Protect their investment.  Employee assignments and materials additions can be tied directly to listings in Yardi or maintained in the PTI system.  Depending to the degree and methods to which you’ve utilized Yardi, PTI can manage and supplement that data for assignment, processing, and reporting purposes. Protect their investment.  Additional notes, actions, and labor tickets can be added by deisignated employees.  In addition, PTI can assign work orders directly to third party vendors. Protect their investment.  Work orders can be distributed to employees in the field via PTI’s hand-held module.  Tasks arrive as individual line items which can be opened to display full details and allow updates to the ticket.  Field staff can also be permitted to create new work orders which are immediately posted to the distribution and billing system.  Editable and read-only details are determined by your business rules. Protect their investment.  PTI’s Hand-held module uses no graphics for faster loading and most additions and updates can be made using drop-down menus for ease of use.  All relevant details are transmitted with work orders including property and unit access.  An employee directory can also be included.  Field staff can also be permitted to create new work orders which are immediately posted to the distribution and billing system.  Editable and read-only details are determined by your business rules. Protect their investment.  All transactions pertaining to work orders can be passed through PTI’s FrontGate sm Client Portal.  This keeps resident and building staff automatically updated with scheduling information, work order status, and billing information.  FrontGate sm also keeps residents informed about general property maintenance and events, facility information and vendor discounts as well as document management and other tools. There are several ways to integrate PTI’s systems with Beacon Communities current operations.  Work orders can be generated by several different user types and imported to Yardi on either a case-by-case basis or in batches.  Resident websites are automatically updated keeping residents informed regarding status updates, scheduling information and billing.  Resident, employee, vendor, and management data can be integrated and amplified according to your needs.  Work Orders, service and property communications, fee and rent payment processing are just of few of the tools we can provide residents and save company time.
