MISSION: To provide an open forum for the commissary and vendor community whose goal is to collaboratively find solutions that promote the military quality of life and enhance the commissary business. 23 member council made of Commissary focused member companies –One third of members rotate each year –Council membership requires strong commitment Collaboration Groups focused on supporting DeCA, serving customers and growing sales
