Three Functions Fat gives us the our biggest source of energy. Fatty foods have calories which provide energy. Too much fat makes us over weight

Three Good Food Sources Low Fat Milk Vegetable oil is better to use than butter Oily Fish

Three facts Too much fat could increase blood pressure and cholesterol. Too much sugars and fats can hurt your teeth so remember to brush your teeth. There are 2 types of fat, good fat and bad fats. Good fats give us energy Bad fats clog our arteries and increase blood pressure

Proportions Eat moderate amounts of fat or else you will become over weight.
