Taken underwing by Levitt and taught how to fight and pick locks to be a successful burglar. Lockman becomes cocky and overthrows Levitt and kills him and becomes a professional hit man who is very well known and rich. His cockiness catches up with him and is landed in trouble with gangs that can over-power him. Locksman Starring: Daniel Foot & Daniel Nonoo Directed by Zara Wilkins Produced by Adam Barnard Edited by Anya Keiller

What happens? The trailer begins with a shot of what we perceive is a ‘high-flying’ individual. Next, we have a series of shots of the character without revealing his face. He then throws money to a homeless man and this shot leads to a freeze-frame of the character Tyler ‘Goldie’ Locksman. We then rewind the scene to see that the tramp he threw the money at was in fact himself a few years earlier. A series of scenes from the films involving him learning to be the criminal and the character introduction. We end with the film title across the screen in bold letters. Locksman Starring: Daniel Foot & Daniel Nonoo Directed by Zara Wilkins Produced by Adam Barnard Edited by Anya Keiller

Three act treatment Equilibrium Homeless man feeling sorry for himself Taken by criminal Taught ways of criminals Distruption He becomes greedy and decides that robbery and petty crime isn’t earning him enough money so he overthrows Marcus Eventually becomes a hit man due to making money Becomes rich and renowned criminal New equilibrium His cockiness catches up with him Criminal gangs turn him in after ransom put for his arrest He loses everything and ends up back in the position he was in less than a year Locksman Starring: Daniel Foot & Daniel Nonoo Directed by Zara Wilkins Produced by Adam Barnard Edited by Anya Keiller

Characterisation: Tyler ‘Goldie’ Locksman, 23: Has grown up in a broken home with drug abusing parents No education No aspirations No luck with jobs, regularly fired History of alcohol and drug abuse and been in prison for over 30 accounts of petty theft. Recce: Locksman Starring: Daniel Foot & Daniel Nonoo Directed by Zara Wilkins Produced by Adam Barnard Edited by Anya Keiller For our recce, we have chosen to film in generalised areas of Brighton, these including houses, Brighton station, London Road. Houses to signify the nature of his crimes, and cosmopolitan areas to signify his ‘homeless’ situation.

Props and Costume: Locksman Starring: Daniel Foot & Daniel Nonoo Directed by Zara Wilkins Produced by Adam Barnard Edited by Anya Keiller In our trailer we have two main props we will be using a car, as it is needed for one of the scenes. We will also be acquiring a fake gun for the scenes. There is also a few extra less vital props being used eg. A pack of playing cards, poker chips, and fake money. In regards to Costume we shall be acquiring suits for the character of the anti-hero protagonists Marcus and ‘Goldie’, however there will also be general clothing typical to an average home less person, eg: torn up/ damaged/ second hand looking baggy clothing, beanies etc.
