If you are struggling to find our product range, your client’s criteria may not match ours. Our criteria includes: -Up to 80% LTV -Tracker, 2 and 3 year fixed, 2 year discount -First time buyer, re-mortgage, limited mortgage history -Up to 35 years term -Capital repayment only We have recently changed our name from GEMHL to ‘GE Money’ on IRESS Trigold, so you can find us more easily. 2

Let’s get started… 1. At the main menu either select browse products for new client, depending upon if you want to put in a case, or just browse, 2. This will open a box. Insert the basic details of the clients in the “Client Details” tab 3

3. Move onto the “Source/Quote” tab to specify criteria, and click on “Source” 4

4. This will bring up all of your product options. If you click on lenders, they will be sorted alphabetically. Find our products under ‘GE Money’. If you are still unable to find GE Money products, please contact our Mortgage Desk on: Visit to find our specialist lending product guide. 5
