3 Child Browsers offer protection from inappropriate content and activity offer unique web browsers constructed solely for their use E.g. sites of educational, recreational, child friendly have certain keywords, URL’s considered safe for their use not limited to just a few sites misspelled browsers in the no-no category offer little or no protection

4 Parental Control online behavior one of technology’s industries main area of concern access responsibility for their own child’s safety control the amount of time a child spends on computer opportunity to add their own URL’s concerning web and free romping grounds the necessary means to take responsibility to prevent inappropriate online behavior
