What is new in the Recognition Process for ?  For Start-up and Emerging levels of recognition, there were no changes.  Implementing level: the Tier 2/Tier 3 Tracking Tool needs to show documentation that it has been used to track students responding to one or more Tier 2 intervention (Check-in Check-out, Social/Academic Instructional Groups, Tier 2 with Individual Features).  A new level, Implementing Plus, has been added.  Fully Implementing level: the following PoI phases need to be in place:  Tier 1, Phases I, II, and III  Tier 2, Phases I, II, and III  Tier 3, Phases I and II  Exemplar level: the following PoI phases need to be in place:  Tier 1, Phases I, II, and III  Tier 2, Phases I, II, and III  Tier 3, Phases I, II, and III.
