Youth Tracker Target Group Young people who are not benefiting from existing services.  school non-attendees  early school leavers  young people in social work day care  school leavers with unknown destinations

Youth Tracker Aims  co-ordinate a coherent support service for vulnerable young people  track identified young people from school onwards  decrease “scheme hopping” and number of unknown destinations  to build a partnership between the community, service users and key agencies

Youth Tracker Beattie Report  Glasgow City Council Careers Service have adopted the Youth Tracker model for the city wide project  project extended for further two years  two additional staff have been employed
