A little bit about me… Signed up in July 2009– Discount coach End of 2011/beginning 2012 wanted to take coaching on full time Quit my first corporate job in May 2012 Have increased by income from $1000/week in 2012 to 12,000/week 2014 Elite, , Top Getting married in 3 weeks to the love of my life

What you may be thinking… Some of you might see that and think—that could never be me—CHANGE YOUR MINDSET The road for me was not easy Took me two years in to the business, to understand it The SECRET to this business is CONSISTENCY

CONSISTENCY = DUPLICATION Concept from the slight edge Consistency with your work outs, healthy eating, personal development and meeting/helping other people By nailing down consistency with THOSE things you will creating DUPLICATION Business will EXPLODE when you have a large group of people executing a few simple behaviors over a sustained period of time.

Let’s focus on the basics KISS—KEEP IT SIMPLE SILLY! System to create SUCCESS has already been created FOR YOU Don’t create the wheel Create your “consistency gene”  What do you struggle with personally/with the business?  What have you tried doing but given up before you finished?  What is holding YOU back? Ex: BAT, 30 Day Push with Chalene Johnson, a work out program, meal plan etc., ***Go back and try AGAIN***

A challenge for you… Over the next month I want you to focus on 3 THINGS and DON’T over think it: 1. Personal development (audio or reading) 2. Working out and eating healthy (product of the product) 3. Inviting—AKA building NEW & OLD relationships 1. Following up with past/current relationships (coaches and customers) 2. Posting who YOU are (good and bad) on profile page, like page, IG etc., (Avoid negative Nancy posts…talk about struggles, triumphs etc.,)

A challenge for you… Once you nail those down go back and reflect:  What did you do well? CREATE duplicable systems from this for your team and YOURSELF monthly  What did you struggle with?? Need to try something new? Hire out?? (Elance) Ex: Personal struggle of mine with adding contacts….

There is no secret… Doing those simple things EVERY DAY and telling your coaches to do the same WILL create success for your team as well as you. You can do the SAME things EVERY month and get the same/similar results.

3 Simple Systems I use with my team 1. Have one unified place your team can check in EVERY DAY where only YOU are posting important information to  Tips on how to talk to people/build relationships  Tips on what to post on their pages  Tips on how to hit success club/emerald  How to run a free clean eating group  Team recognition/ advancements

3 Simple Systems I use with my team 2. Set the Standard My team knows form the first GSR cal, what success starter and success club is I 100% believe that my hitting success club every month you business will grow naturally You don’t have to hit a million points, just strive for sc 5 or 10 every month As a team we can help newer coaches get started right by doing this Much more likely to stay as a coach because they are working with people and making $$ from the beginning Also know they have to talk to at least 2-3 people everyday for brand new, 5 or more for those who have been a coach for a few months

3 Simple Systems I use with my team 3. Remind them to keep their mindset in check. Keep the adrenaline that you had as a NEW coach going Keep pushing yourself out of your comfort zone Fuel that mindset by reading personal development  Brand new coaches- “the compound effect” or “the slight edge”  Push to emerald- “Go Pro”  Emerald and above “Girl boss” or “7 habits of highly effective people  In a funk- “You are a Bad Ass”  Ex: After Punta Cana

Wrapping it up Don’t overcomplicate things– K.I.S.S Focus on putting duplication in to place in your own business and then sharing it with your team—what works and doesn’t work There are no secrets. STAY CONSISTENT on the 3 vital behaviors:  Personal development  Working out and eating healthy  Inviting- AKA building new relationships
