Our Team Tell us about your team: Our team Clarence Breeze is from Clarence Middle School and ready to win. We are in 6 th grade and ready to take on the worlds energy crisis. We have worked hard to make this awesome turbine.

Design Brief Problem Statement (What is the problem that your teacher has given you to solve?): The problem our teacher has given us to solve is there is an energy crisis around the world and we are out to solve that problem without polluting our world. Design Statement (How are you going to solve this problem? Include the process you are going to take to solve the given problem) : We are going to make a non-polluting wind turbine to solve this problem. The process we are going to use to make this turbine is we have to design the blades and design them so that they will catch wind.

Design Brief Constraints (What you can and cannot do/use.):  The blades can not be longer than 15 inches  You can use Balsa wood, corrugated plastic, cardboard, cereal boxes, and cardboard tubes, Styrofoam plates  You can not use metal. Deliverables (What materials and items you need to solve this problem)  saw  Masking tape or hot glue  Balsa wood, corrugated plastic, cardboard tubes, cereal boxes, and cardboard, Styrofoam plates
