Tropea4 Possible improvements and open issues Lack of communication/tracking of activities: 18 Mar: filling of Pixels plant: nobody recorded batch numbers and real qty of fluid put into the plant May: missing labels/electrical schemes for CMS sensors, no communication on unplugged sensors: 1 day additional work before commissioning on SS1 for EN/CV 11 May: Pixels plant stop (announced), when re-starting very low T inside detector, no alarm, panic mode btw users… Pending issues Pending issues: Piloting of manifold valves from PLC/DCS Approval of PLC requirements on EDMS SCY file: details and planning for DCS implementation Monitoring: planning and DCS implementation Procedure for filling cooling loops Leak-trough valves on manifolds/filters
