North-East Northamptonshire A. Buildings Workstream The necessary governance arrangements have been put in place regarding the authorisation of the capital funding arrangements. Following an update to the Capital Investment Board in December 2014, Cabinet will be asked to grant approval on 10 February 2015 to the capital schemes and transition arrangements. (i)Kings Cliffe Endowed - Public consultation completed - Stage C Proposals for new school developed and signed-off by School and NCC - Stage D (Technical Design) meeting scheduled for February 10 th - Architect engaged to identify requirements and scope for conversion of outbuilding to classroom, (February 10 th ) - Interim arrangements for library to be finalised. - Prior to submission of the full planning application, project managers are engaged with the statutory consultees such as Highways and Sport England to deal with the planning issues that arise from the proposed development. Technical consultants are being appointed where required. (ii) Polebrook - Stage C report signed off by School - Public consultation undertaken - Technical Design meeting to be confirmed - Arrangements for works to surface playground as ‘early works’ in progress

North-East Northamptonshire A.Buildings Workstream (iii) Trinity Aldwincle - Stage C, (Concept Design) signed-off by the school and NCC - Public Consultation undertaken - Arrangements for Stage D, (Technical Design) meeting to be confirmed (iv) Thrapston - Works are predominantly refurbishment of existing school. - No significant new build of classrooms required. - Works will include covered play area and additional toilets. - Work on-going with School and Lendlease on Feasibility Study - Next design meeting scheduled for Wednesday 11 th February

North-East Northamptonshire A.Buildings Workstream (v)Titchmarsh - Stage C, (Concept Design) signed-off by school and NCC - Public consultation undertaken - Stage D, (Technical Design) meeting to be confirmed (vi) Nassington - Stage C, (Concept Design) signed-off by school and NCC - Public consultation undertaken - Stage D, (Technical Design) meeting to be confirmed (vii) Oundle - Proposal is for primary school to move into the middle school buildings - Extensive refurbishment of the existing building to address condition - Works to be funded by capital receipt from the sale of part of the site - Internal survey of school has been completed - Feasibility Report approaching completion for sign-off by the school on February 13 th 2015

North-East Northamptonshire A.Buildings Workstream (viii) Glapthorn - Scheme for an additional classroom - Use of school house has now been ruled out - Feasibility and Proposals are now being developed on the basis of extending the existing school building - School will have a mobile classroom from September 2015 to accommodate increase in pupil numbers - Stage C, (Concept Design) Sign-off scheduled for Wednesday March 11 th (ix) Warmington - Stage C, (Concept Design) signed-off by the school and NCC - Public Consultation undertaken - Arrangements for Stage D, (Technical Design) Meeting to be confirmed.

North-East Northamptonshire A.Buildings Workstream (x) Prince William School - Feasibility Study for Main Construction Scheme Completed - Feasibility Study Signed-Off by School and NCC on December 17 th Design for all of the following now in place and work on Stage C design underway - Science Block - Music and Performance Spaces - ICT refurbishment - Sixth Form - Admin Block - Coach Park - Secure Fence Line Modular Buildings - Three tenderers are likely to submit proposals - Closing date for tenders is February 12th - Arrangements for evaluation of tenders in place
