THE WAY WE WORK: We receive the invitation for a camp organized by a foreign District. We put in our web-page the main characteristics of the camp, like: Dates of the camp. Number of youngsters that are invited. Requirements about youngsters ’ ages and sex. Activities that will be developed in the camp. We start receiving petitions from the Spanish candidates. We carry out the candidates ’ selection. We immediately send our candidate ’ s profile to the inviting foreign District and ask for the confirmation to our petition. We receive the confirmation from the inviting District. We send the original copy of our candidate ’ s application, duly filled in, to the inviting District.

CAMPS ORGANIZED IN SPAIN STEPS One or more Rotary Clubs of the same zone take the decision to organize a camp. Its/their proposal is transmitted to the Multidistrict central office. When all details of the camp are approved, the central office sends the invitation to foreign Districts.

The central office receives all petitions and selects the candidates. The evaluation of the camp must be carried out after the conclusion of the camp.

A CAMP SHOULD BE AT NO COST FOR THE PARTICIPANTS, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE TRAVEL FARES. SHOULD SOME COSTS BE UNAFFORDABLE BY THE ORGANIZERS, THEY MAY BE CHARGED TO THE PARTICIPANTS. BENEFITS FOR THE ORGANIZERS MUST NOT BE PERMITTED. A ROTARY CLUB IN SPAIN OFFERS CAMPS ABROAD, AT NO COST TO THE PARTICIPANTS, AS A PRIZE IN THE FRAME OF A SPECIAL PROGRAM NAMED “ PROTAGONISTAS DEL MA Ñ ANA ” (PROTAGONISTS OF TOMORROW). MISCELLANEA
