Objectives Learning more about the importance of – Building strong relationships with adults at college Professors, College Staff, Counselors, Mentors, etc. Topics will include – College majors: Getting help and guidance – Student services – Cultural and religious support – Faculty secrets: Getting an “A” – Mentors – Role models

Today We will watch a series of videos about – The importance of building strong relationships with adults at college Many adults in college can help you in different ways – Professors: Learn more, gain deeper insights, career paths – Teaching assistants: Homework, direction for big assignments – Cultural and Religious mentors: Good listeners and advisors – College Counseling Center: Personal/social issues – Career Center Counselors: Help with majors/careers of interest – Health Services Staff: Good support when you are ill – Career Internship Services: Help you reach long-term goals
