Green Partnerships Arronches, July Pilot case: Municipality of Poljčane  Wooden biomass heating system in public building in Municipality of Poljčane (using PPP and involving local biomass suppliers)  Municipality has adopted Local Energy Concept - action plans about RES and EE  measures: use of RES, involvement of stakeholders and use of new financial mechanisms (energy contracting)  Pilot case of using renewable energy sources and public private partnership and involving local biomass suppliers and creating local partnership

Green Partnerships Arronches, July  target group: connection of local authorities, users in public buildings, local biomass suppliers, energy management body and citizens  to create a local sustainable partnership and implement the measures  Municipalty of Ruše ? – another potential pilot case area

Green Partnerships Arronches, July Mayor or vice Mayor of municipality is a representative of public buildings in local community, he is also a decision making body and a partner within PPP. 2. Representatives of utility have insight to urbanistic plans, economic- public infrastructure and prepare official documents for processing PPP procedure. 3. Representatives of local council is very important, because the local council is a decision making body in the municipality. 4. ENERGAP is a local energy agency and prepares local energy concepts. In LAG they are advisory service. 5. Representative of the chamber of agriculture and forestry advises by biomass supply and prepares documentations like business plans and founding documentation. 6. Biomass suppliers: Representative of biomass supplier-local forest owners are connected to local association of biomass producers 7. Representative(s) of potential private investors (e.g. energy companies, associations etc.) 8. Representative(s) of buildings users (e.g. school director etc.) is very important member of LAG for informing end potential users of biomass energy. Local action group
