1. Silverware Roller Rolling silverware is a tedious and time consuming task for many restaurants. Our task would be to create a device that automates silverware rolling as much as possible.

2. Pivoting Motorcycle Headlight Riding motorcycles at night is inherently dangerous due to the limited lighting of a stationary headlight. During a turn on a motorcycle, the headlight aims directly ahead of the motorcycle but the desired path is either to the left or the right of the light beam. Our project would be to create a pivoting or swiveling headlight that would self-adjust to illuminate the desired path of the motorcycle.

3. Bunk Bed Night Stand Lofted beds usually separate the user from things like a lamp or alarm clock. Our project would be to create a platform that can be attached to any bed and serve as a nightstand. It would have a place to plug in electrical items and be designed to prevent things from falling from great heights.

4. No-slip Bathtub Seat A porcelain bathtub exposes individuals to the risk of slipping and potentially endangering themselves in a fall. If living alone, this is a very scary thought, and it may discourage the person from wanting to take a traditional bath. Designed to aid the elderly or handicapped, this seat would lower the individual into the bathtub without the worry of slipping and falling.

When the filter bag is full it is heavy and difficult to remove. We propose a device to improve the ergonomics of removing full filter-bags from their housing. 5. Filter-Bag Remover

6. One-Handed Wine Opener Current wine openers require two hands and a significant amount of force to open, which could be tough for certain people. This device would allow a wine bottle to simply be opened with one hand.

7. Garden Hole Preserver When gardening alone, a third hand is often needed to keep soil out of the newly-created hole while inserting a plant. For particularly large plants, a hole may be made larger than needed to prevent the dirt from falling back into it. This tool would dig into the ground, remove only the necessary amount of soil, and maintain this properly-sized hole while the gardener inserts the plant.

8. Accessible Refrigerator Shelving With most refrigerators the user has to unload several items in order to reach items stored at the back of the shelf. Our project would be to design refrigerator shelving that would make all items accessible with no hassle.
