How to Publish an eText for iPad Step 1: o Submit Conversion Request form o Be sure iPad view is selected Step 2: o Submit RUMBA product and Resource ID form o RUMBA Resource and Product ID will be ed to the requestor. Step 3: o Once eText is approved by the BU, submit a Promotion Request Form and include the RUMBA IDs on the form. Step 4: o Once title is promoted, release team will notify the requestor.
This process applies to: eText for iPads on PSN Standalone (no course) eText sales Note: If you are publishing an eText to PSN, PSN+, or CD-ROM and DO NOT have an iPad version, the process is NOT CHANGING.
Tips and Guidelines for RUMBA Forms The RUMBA form must include the following: Customer-facing Name of Product o This name will display in Portal. All Catalog ISBNs representing how customer can license the product o Not component ISBNs eText final published url
