Immediate Goals Provide applied research, development and demonstration capabilities in the RST Region. Represent a resource of technology to local manufacturers and provide a link to the UTPA School of Engineering and Computer Science. Develop custom programs to provide needed education for tomorrow’s engineering and business leaders. Provide a program of innovation and entrepreneurship to grow new enterprises.
