London is the capital of the UK. It is a beautiful city. London is a city of history, museums and monuments.

Look at the Houses of Parliament on the river Thames. They are very old. There was a royal palace there, and now it is the home of the British Parliament.

Look at Big Ben. It is a very big bell in the clock tower of the Houses of Parliament.

Look at Trafalgar Square. All tourists meet here. There is a beautiful monument to admiral Nelson in the centre.

Look at Westminster Abbey. It is a historical church. There was the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II in Westminster Abbey.

Look at Madam Tussaud’s. It is a museum of wax figures. There we can learn about London’s history.
