Ask profs for recommendation: You should have had more than one class if possible ◦Work with them in research or special projects ◦Ask for recommendation letter well before deadline ◦Give prof pertinent information about you: Goals, GPA, GREs, volunteer work, etc. ◦Fill out all information on forms ◦Have organized with stamps etc. ◦If not applying this year, be sure to check with faculty before leaving campus to be sure they will write for you next year when you are off campus.
