CCAO Customer Service Standard Flow Chart Mgmt sponsor accepts project for further analysis? Area manager receives Project Request Letter and proposal from proponent Project Manager’s meeting to discuss new project proposals Declination letter sent to proponent Project manager (PM) is selected Request additional Information and/or collect processing fees Issue Land Use Authorization Process application: Obtain necessary review/ approval from CCAO Eng, Env Safety and Security PM provides applicant estimated cost and timeline within 10 business days Pre-Application meeting: PM provides applicant with application packet, explains process, answers questions Completed application received?
