Sunshine State Spirit Showdown Selecting a Winner! Sunshine State Spirit Showdown Overview Videos must be between 90 seconds and 3 minutes Must also include at least 30 seconds of discussion about why school should be winner Cheers must be positive Sportsmanship is the overall goal for this program Submission videos are sent to FHSAA by January 31 st and YouTube playlist is created with all of the submissions Videos that meet the requirements will be uploaded to FHSAA social media. Sunshine State Spirit Showdown Your Task – Selecting a Winner Rate videos in each distinct category on a 1 – 5 rating scale 1 being low, 5 being high To keep the contest fair between large schools and small schools, fan votes will be divided by school population and only used to enhance the score provided by the SAAC evaluation Fan vote formula Social Media Fan votes divided by School Population then multiplied by 100 Fan vote will be added to the SAAC overall score Winner will receive banner and plaque from FHSAA at a pep rally hosted by winning school
