Overview of Spec SARS needs data from the BANNER system –Student Demographic Data, single ID query –Student Demographic Data, batch query –Student Enrollment Data, single ID query –Student Enrollment Data, batch query –Course Information Data, single/batch query

Overview of Spec, cont. BANNER needs a crosswalk/rules table and form that indicates how to process each location/reason code (show Word document)

Overview of Spec, cont. BANNER needs to receive data from the SARS products. –SARS sends a flat upload file to BANNER. –BANNER adds data from the flat upload file into a BANNER ATTENDANCE COLLECTION table. –BANNER has a process to audit and/or update data from the BANNER ATTENDANCE COLLECTION table to the appropriate BANNER tables. –BANNER form to correct BANNER ATTENDANCE COLLECTION table errors.
