There's still no outright cure for the 33 million people living with the illness, but advances in treatment are giving cause for hope  Those who envisage an end to the pandemic emphasize the importance of education in combating social stigmas and making testing for the virus more commonplace.  Testing for the HIV virus is the key to wiping out Aids.  Economic crisis force the countries to re consider its ambition to undertake measures as many countries have stopped contributing.  We are coming across the same cases which we came across in 80’s and most worrying of all is that people who could have been saved were never informed about the opportunity to test for HIV.
