About Community Housing Cymru CHC Group is made up of Community Housing Cymru, Care & Repair Cymru and Crew Regeneration Wales. Community Housing Cymru (CHC) is the representative body for housing associations and community mutuals in Wales, which are all not-for profit organisations.

Previous Funding Opportunities CESP CERT Arbed 1 and 2 ECO to name but a few

Rise and fall of ECO ECO was introduced by DECC in early 2013, replacing CERT and CESP. It had three programmes: CSCO CERO Affordable Warmth

Need for LAs and HAs to work together Working together will: Pool resources and knowledge Develop larger schemes Improve budgets to attract Improve possibility of funding. Improve more hard to treat and energy efficiency homes.

How can this be done? Communicate - Arrange meetings and discussions with HAs working within your local authorities. Analyse - Work together to analyse how you can work together using unique skills and experiences. Have joint meetings with energy suppliers and energy companies. Pool budgets together.
