Victims go to the nearest hospital Only 20% of victims arrive via emergency medical services

Half day devoted to START triage training

Half day running surge scenarios

- Small groups - Multiple triage scenarios

-Students felt better prepared for MCI after course -Easy to replicate course -Incorporated into medical resident orientation; also running course for students of other health professions
