Mick ( Michael) Malthouse was born o the 17 th of August 1953 making him 58 years of age. He is a former Aussie rules footballer and the former coach of the Collingwood Football Club Mick’s career has included a premiership for Richmond in the VFL, and he is best not for he Australian Football League Coaching. Playing career St Kilda After leaving North Ballarat, Malthouse started his football career with St Kilda in 1972, playing 53 senior games including three finals. Richmond At Richmond he played 121 senior games, including six finals and the runaway premiership win over Collingwood in He was noted for being a tough and solid defender. He retired in 1983.
