Skills and Knowledge for Sustained Development: experience of Mozambique Efforts have been done aiming at achieving the universal primary education; The PRSP emphasizes the need to improve and increase the access to technical and professional education; Creation of the Ministry of Science and technology to lead the process of R&D initiaves;
