 My OHIO Student Center  Registration, Class Schedule, Bills  Activate and check OHIO  Official university notifications  Forwarding NOT recommended  Keep your mailing address current with the University  Registrar’s Office  Payroll (if employed by OU)

 Registration Shopping Cart  three steps to complete including “check out”  Confirm on-line in your Student Center  Pre-Registration Mid-term for following term  Regular registration First two weeks of the semester

 Registration Deadlines After First Week, starting August 28: Instructor permission form required to add classes or increase course hours After Second Week, starting September 5: Courses dropped remain on your record with “withdraw” notation Hours and course charges remain in place Courses added require permission form and change order (plus fee)

 Deadlines, continued Late Registration Fees apply after the Second Friday of the Semester: If registered and need to add a class, Change Order fee applies. If not registered and need to register retroactively, late registration fees apply: Third week:$40 Fourth week:$60 Fifth week:$80 Sixth week forward:$100

 You accept financial responsibility when you register Audit courses - billed at regular tuition rates Billing is by your student level (Graduate) Cancellation & full refund only if cancel all classes prior to opening day of semester Partial refund of tuition and fees available only through the second Friday of the semester* *flexibly scheduled courses have different dates

 You are expected to register for graduate courses that apply to your degree program Must request access to register for Undergraduate courses  Graduate Courses cannot be taken Pass/Fail

 Register for appropriate courses/hours Graduate Courses numbered 5000 or above  Audit, Undergraduate courses do not count toward any graduate registration requirement Federal Financial Aid  Know the requirements of your aid  Must be registered Every semester in which you are using university services & the semester in which you will graduate
