Homeowners is a package policy consisting of both protection from Property loss and from Liability claims arising from residences and personal activities.

© American Marketing Management and Motivations Services, Inc HOMEOWNERS Homeowners program is designed for Personal; Nonbusiness risk Eligibility Owner-occupants of 1-4 family dwellings; Renters who maintain residential occupancy in any type of building; Condominium unit owners and cooperative apartment occupants.

© American Marketing Management and Motivations Services, Inc HOMEOWNERS With the exception of the “Renters Policy” and the owner of a condo renting to another, the Homeowner policies are for “natural” persons who own AND occupy the dwelling. Note we said “natural” persons, we EXCLUDE corporations, partnerships, estates or trusts.

© American Marketing Management and Motivations Services, Inc HOMEOWNERS Included are InsurEDs are those who occupy a residence and is a purchaser by “Contract”, “Contract for Deed” or “Land Sales Agreement”. And those who have a a life estate arrangement InsurEDs under the policy include the person named, residing spouse, residing relatives of either, and any person under age 21 in the care of any such person. Under Section II Liability the definition is yet expanded to include, any person who is legally liable for animals or watercraft owned by an insured is afforded coverage (unless such custody is without the owner's permission).
