Fossil Free A Movement for Divestment from Fossil Fuels

What is the Fossil Free Movement? A.k.a: “The Divestment Campaign” Initiated by 350.org in early 2012 Now: 660 separate campaigns in 9 different countries at universities, municipalities, religious institutions, etc. 181 campaigns have already signed commitments Endorsed by Desmond Tutu, Barack Obama, Naomi Klein and many others A movement to get as many institutions and organisations to publicly divest from the fossil fuel industry as possible, in order to send a message to politicians and corporations that fossil fuel dependency must end
