What We Do Participate in professional organizations serving industries that hire Wentworth students. Volunteer for committee work and events. Host chapter meetings at Wentworth. Promote student participation at reduced fee. Act as role models for students  To promote active participation in professional organizations while still in school.  To encourage networking through professional development.

What Organizations?

Why We Participate Serve our students better by…  Learning about the profession – leaders, trends, issues  Discovering new skills students will need in the world of work  Expanding our network of potential employers Follow the pulse of the business in a changing economy. Raise awareness about Wentworth. Serve as conduit for female students to women leaders in technical professions.

Value to Students, Wentworth, Professions Students:  Advisors in tune with their industry and profession  Realize importance of professional development in their career Wentworth:  Stay current and connected with industries  Career office professionals who understand business climate  Extend reach of the school into business and professions Professions:  Increase awareness of Wentworth and academic programs  Influence practices to prepare students for world of work  Play active role in preparing the next workforce
