Order of Business Elections Stoles and Cords NHDD Next meeting

Elections Re-elections: - President: Amanda Waid - Activities Coordinator: Kelsey Julius Open Positions: - Assistant Activities Coordinator - Secretary - Undergraduate Class President - Vice President - Graduate Class President

Elections Nomination Process -Nominated by self or peer, will be contacted if nominated -Must be present at the May Meeting to be elected -Will need to send formal to Amanda / Juliana accepting nomination and attach resume The Election: - May 7 5pm (hopefully this room) - Nominees will speak and then we'll vote -Titus will not be returning so he will count votes

Elected Officers Officers will be announced by the end of meeting Newly-appointed officer / current officer meet Begin prep for next year!

Stoles and Chords Payment of $20 Turn in to Juliana or Stephanie Wood in the Public Health Office If cash, please put in envelope with your name on it If needing to mail a check, address to: 1906 College Heights BLVD #11082 Bowling Green, KY Pick-up Stoles (?)

Upcoming Events Social Event: - April 29 Mazatlan (on by-pass by Dunkin- Donuts) - Please Amanda or Kelsey if planning to attend so we can make reservations - Transportation can be arranged Elections: - May 7 5pm Commencement: - May 17 th 6pm
