Big Medway Housing Target – ‘Affordable Housing’ Over the last few years, house prices gone up a lot across the country and many people are now not able to buy or rent housing without Council help. ‘Affordable housing’ in Medway helps people (in the most need) to be able to afford to buy or rent housing in Medway.

Challenge - ‘Affordable Housing’ Each year Medway advertises about 700 ‘affordable housing’ properties But ….. each year 15,000 people say they need to live in ‘affordable housing’ in Medway This means Medway need to: – Build lots more affordable housing –Understand who these need to be built for
