Integrity of the seal from exporter to receiving location  If a seal is broken the new seal number must be relayed back to the importer. 4.Proof of custom clearance for delivery  Carrier on-line tracking tools available by Custom Brokers 5.Control subbing loads out to multiple carriers.  Are they PIP or C-TPAT certified? Does the importer know who is carrying the freight?
