Why is it a Problem? 1.Classroom are crowded environments. 2.Classrooms are more culturally diverse than ever. 3.Half of the nation’s children with disabilities are now educated in general classrooms. 4.Children are growing up in circumstances that create physical, emotional and psychological problems. 5.Educational programs did not prepare teachers for the challenges of today’s classrooms.
