MODULE :-V COMPUTER AWARNESS AND COMMERCIAL REFRIGERATION

LESSON :- 01 WATER COOLER

OBJECTIVES Know the general details of water coolers Types of water cooler Functions of instantaneous /pressure type water cooler Functions of storage type water cooler Functions of each components / parts / controls Water connection for water cooler Various models of water cooler

1:- INSTANTANEOUS TYPE WATER COOLER PARTS:

STORAGE TYPE WATER COOLER PARTS

Function of each components / parts / controls 1.Compressor:- The main funtion is to increase the suction pressure (low temperature/low pressure to high temperature/high pressure)to the condenser through its discharge line(compression)

2. Condenser:- It is used to get circulate the high pressure / high temperature vapour through its pipe while the vapour travels because of air passing its fins provided by fan motor the pressure drop occurs and simultaneously the high pressure vapour turns ti liquid state at the outlet of condenser which is called as condensation

Capalillary tube It is used to pass the refrigerant in liquid state with pressure and when comes out of it at the evapourator enterance the change of state
