Fats Too much can make you gain weight fast McDonalds foods contain a lot of fats Fats are stored when there's too much Nutrients that build and are a spare fuel for your body.

Protein Protein helps build muscle tissue. Meats contain a lot of protein. Protein also come in protein powder Highly organic nutrients.

Fiber Fiber help the digestive system. Whole wheat and grains contain a lot of fiber. Foods containing high amounts of carbohydrates. Fiber: complex and simple.

vitamins There are 13 types of vitamins. Vitamins are health enhancers. Any group of essential substances for your body. Vitamin C comes from citrus Vitamin D comes from the sun.

Minerals Examples are iron and zinc. Meats contain a lot of iron. Minerals are found in undigestibal amounts in rocks Any substance know of a certain class.

Water Water is a clear tasteless liquid. There are not many types of water unless you add minerals or vitamins. Most foods contain water unless it had been dried a lot.
