Color -A visual attribute of things that results from the light they emit or reflect. What color scheme do these colors represent?

Texture - The way something feels to the touch. Describe the texture in this photo.

Value - The measurement of light and darkness in a work of art. What type of light & darks do you see?

Pattern - A design made by repeating a motif at regular intervals. What do you see that is repeated in this photo? Where are your eyes encouraged to move in the photo?

Balance  Symmetrical  Asymmetrical  Radial Symmetry

Rhythm  The controlled movements found in all good design, they can be established through the use of any of the elements of design--lines, areas of light and shade, spots of color, repetitions of shapes and spaces, or textures surfaces.

Rhythm What other principles help to make rhythm in art?

Unity - When all of the elements of a piece combine to make a balanced, harmonious, complete whole. If one section was missing from the middle, would that affect the unity of this photo?

Movement - The way in which somebody or something moves. How did the artist create movement in this piece?

Content - The meaning or message contained in a creative work of art. Is this work of art sad or happy? How does it make you feel? What do you think the artist was trying to tell the viewer?
